My family and many other families traveled to Goose Bay the weekend of August 1st for a wedding that was taking place on Monday August 3rd. Your establishment was above and beyond many that my family has ever stayed in – from NL to ON and the Maritime provinces in between. You maintain not only clean and beautifully decorated rooms, but the property was clean and well groomed. Your front desk employee, Monica was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very professional and seems to fully enjoy her job (it’s easy to tell when someone doesn’t). With all of us enjoying ourselves and asking so many questions and requesting so much of her, she never once gave any indication that she was bothered by it.

In our haste to leave Goose Bay for Labrador City Tuesday morning, my family forgot a few non-essential items in our room. When we arrived at our destination and made the discovery we simply ‘wrote it off’, as this has happened to us in the past and we didn’t want to bother anyone to get the items returned. It was packaged for us, with our name written on it and handed to another of the wedding guests who left after us. That has never happened before. Please accept this e-mail as our THANK YOU, not just for our items being returned to us, but for the overall experience we had, because of your establishment.
